General Information

To provide support to the Account Manager, preparing reports to highlight any issues and communicating this back to the Client and Account Manager

  • Take ownership of  jobs where loss of trade has occurred until satisfactory completion
  • Keep Client informed until trade is resumed
  • Ownership of processes to ensure the processes are working efficiently
  • Monitoring of PPM status and Compliance
  • Dealing with e-mails relating to job/quote approvals and queries from Maintenance Surveyors, Property Managers, Property Controller, Suppliers and Contact Centre Operators
  • Obtaining authorisation from Account Manager, Property Controller and Surveyors for works exceeding set guidelines as requested by suppliers
  • Invoice query liaison with finance administration
  • Client adhoc reporting including P&L
  • First line escalation for the client

Person Specification :

The successful candidate must:

• Be IT literate with proficiency of navigating around a PC with internal CRM systems and have a good data entry and keyboard skills
• Have excellent telephone manner ensuring client relationships are constantly met with excellent attention to detail & verbal communication skills
• Can multitask and prioritise and problem solve workload accordingly
• Has proven customer service skills with the ability to effectively deal with all levels of management and client.
