The post holder will be responsible for the provision of a day-to-day general maintenance service, which includes the carrying out of routine PPM tasks, reactive maintenance and to monitor the delivery of contracted services. This is a key post and forms an integral part of Bellrock’s approach to delivering a prompt and reactive service to the building users.
The post holder will liaise closely with the Regional Facilities Manager in order to priorities day-to-day tasks and duties.
Will be expected to observe fully the Health & Safety requirements of the role.
Will be expected to take part in a training programme as laid out by the Company.
Will be required to wear the company uniform whilst on shift with an identity badge clearly visible. Will be expected to observe all the site’s procedures and to be polite and courteous at all times to staff, patients, contractors and other building users.
The following duties form part of the job role, however the person appointed is expected to be flexible in their approach and to carry out any duties required by the Regional Facilities Manager as long as they do not exceed their level of competence.
