Paul Bean has taken the decision to stand down as CEO of Bellrock Group for family and health reasons. Paul will continue in an advisory role, ensuring a seamless handover of duties and supporting the group’s future growth ambitions on a part-time basis.
Paul joined Bellrock as Group CEO in June 2022 and has overseen solid growth including the successful acquisition of four companies which extended the group’s strategic offering.
Carlo Alloni will assume the role of Bellrock Group CEO on 21st August. Carlo has a strong background in both technology and services having held sales and operational leadership roles with Ericsson, Cable & Wireless, Mitie, and more recently as a consultant to corporate organisations.
Carlo is known for his natural ability to inspire and drive meaningful change through his focus on people and personal engagement.
