A chartered surveyor with more than 20-years’ experience in commercial property, Jamie McNeil joins the Bellrock Real Estate team as Lease Advisory Consultant.
Jamie brings with him an extensive knowledge of the lease renewals process, having led McNeil Commercial for the past 14 years. He specialises in lease renewal, rent review and service charge consultancy and is a RICS accredited mediator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
The Bellrock Real Estate team provides property management services to landlords and managing agents across several sectors, such as shopping centres, retail parks and offices.
Recently, the team has seen an increase in demand from clients for additional support and services with property management, and Jamie’s appointment will help strengthen the team’s rent renewals services, in particular.
