The facilities management and property services provider has won a new contract with InterContinental Hotels Group to provide a range of FM services at two key sites.

Included are IHG’s global headquarters in Denham, west of London, and its UK corporate office in Branston, near Burton upon Trent. InterContinental Hotels Group is one the world’s leading hotel companies, with operations in nearly 100 countries representing such brands as Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and InterContinental.

Bellrock will manage and deliver a helpdesk and all soft services including cleaning, security, mailroom, waste management and associated cleaning services.

The service provider will also embed its technology platform Concerto at IHG as part of the contract. Concerto provides live data and management information, enabling the client to measure performance by site as well as create live dashboards, download reports and identify trends to make informed decisions for driving efficiencies.
