As part of our continued growth, the opportunity has arisen for the Data and Process Lead based in Leicester and home based. The mobilisation data and process lead are Responsible for, the definition and documentation of client processes apart of new mobilisations. Along with a continual review and improvement of business mobilisation processes. They’re also responsible for the collation, validation and distribute of relevant datasets within the defined templates. Ensuring the system configuration has been implemented based on the defined processes and signed off prior to Go-live.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Leading on new client mobilisations including data cleansing, loading data into import templates.
  • Leading and tracking training sessions with clients and suppliers through Webex or face to face.
  • Responsible for, documenting and definition of client processes are in line with the Bellrock target operating module.
  • Ensuring the system configuration meetings client expectations and is aligned to the documented client processes
  • Review of and analysis of tickets raised post Go-live to feed into the mobilisation lessons learned
  • Escalating any potential changes to the target operating module or issues with obtaining data in a timely manner.
  • Work with key stakeholders to review current as is processes and identify areas of improvement
  • Ensuring the delivery of training and user guide to external and internal parties are tracked and delivered.

Qualifications / Experience :

  • Experience in a similar role within mobilisations.
  • Experienced in providing one to one training and in groups
  • Experience of managing stakeholders through process definition
In return Bellrock are offering a competitive salary. Working hours are Monday – Friday based on 37.5 hours per week and 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays.
