As part of our continued growth, the opportunity has arisen for an Energy Co-Ordinator to join our Legal and General Service Team at our Head Office in Leicester. Energy Co-Ordinator will be working alongside key stakeholders to help them improve the sustainability of the portfolio. Using Demand Logic (or other similar systems) to analyse data and identify potential cost savings and efficiencies. Report to Technical and Compliance manager

Key Accountabilities:

  • Review existing metering provision across all sites and recommend areas of improvement
  • Provide recommendations and planning to ensure all metering is fully operational
  • Carry out quarterly reviews to ensure automatically generated data collected concurs with the site collected data
  • Liaise with the metering suppliers to agree a programme of metering inspection and calibration/replacement/upgrade/replacement
  • Interrogate building energy performance documents and provide proposals for improvement
  • Liaise with the SDM and tenants to generate recycling schemes
  • Present empirical based data for year on year consumption to the landlord and tenants
  • Provide technical guidance to the SDM’s and TSM, so that energy conservation measures can be included in any refurbishment works
  • Provide commercial information in terms of payback periods for any energy solutions proposed
  • Monitoring energy usage across portfolio
  • Setting targets for energy reduction
  • Review and assist with the generation of Energy audits and reports
  • Create training guides for energy awareness, targets and reduction
  • Keep up to date with industry standards and best practice


  • Technical specialist with data and analytic skills
  • Energy Services background with national portfolios
  • Obtaining energy project experience
  • Having a working knowledge of energy utility systems
  • Energy auditing experience
  • Strong understating of environmental behavioural changes

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Strong communication skills with an ability evaluate energy demand, usages and design solutions that reduce consumption and cost
  • IOSH qualified
  • Analytical skills and IT skills, such as Word, Excel
  • Working towards BREEAM certification
  • Excellent communicator
In return Bellrock are offering a competitive salary. Working hours are Monday – Friday based on 37.5 hours per week and 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays.
