General Information

Bellrock is seeking an Internal Recruiter / L & D Resourcer based in Leicester City Centre on a permanent basis. This role encompasses the management and co-ordination of recruitment within the Facilities Management sector for a broad variety of roles including:- industrial / technical / professional, across the whole of the UK.

Working within a small HR team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment requirements for the Bellrock Group and provide effective communication between line managers, candidates and external suppliers. You will also be responsible for the on-boarding process of new learners and the continuous training and development of all staff.

Key Accountabilities

  • •Posting job vacancies internally and on a variety of Job Boards, and managing the response on a daily basis
  • Heading hunting candidates as well as liaising with PSL agencies as and when required
  • Manage the recruitment mailbox and ad response on a daily basis to ensure costs are not escalated and jobs are closed in accordance to the advert closing date
  • Provide advice on a day to day basis to various levels of management in respect of their recruitment needs, assisting with drawing up job descriptions and ensuring approval is obtained from the executive board before advertising
  • Shortlisting candidates against the Job Description, forwarding CV’s to the relevant line manager
  • Setting up interviews between line manager and candidate, including diary management and invites. Having an active part in the interview process as and when required
  • Drawing up of contracts and offer letters for successful candidate and sending rejection letters to unsuccessful candidates
  • Promoting good company presence within the mobs market and reviewing Glass Door on a regular basis
  • Benchmark salary exercises periodically to ensure the Organisation is competitive
  • Set up attend regular review meetings with PSL agencies to discuss service levels, rates and fulfilment levels, discussing AWR and ensuring the PSL reflects the Organisations needs, whilst negotiating with suppliers outside of the PSL on occasions
  • Liaise with our external provider regarding pre-employment checks for new starters and administer the applications of DBS checks, Right to Work checks, references / CTC and CCV clearances
  • Raise all recruitment purchase orders for temporary contractors and agency placement fees
  • Produce Recruitment & L&D KPI’s for the monthly HR Board Report
  • Maintain and update the company Induction presentation for new starters and complete inductions as part of the on boarding process

Learning & Development

  • To liaise with the training provider with regard to scheduled workshops / tripartite meetings and off the job training exercises
  • To source and book training courses for employees and monitor training costs
  • Source Apprentices as and when required
  • Managing cohorts and apprentices through the Apprentice Levy programme
  • Managing the levy costings

The post holder may be required to undertake any other HR duties which may reasonably be required within the nature of their duties and responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have:

– Vast experience in recruitment both white collar and blue collar placements
– Experienced in both Temporary and permanent recruitment
– A Qualification within recruitment IE. CERT RP ( Level 3 Minimum)
– Good communication skills and can demonstrate working with all levels of management
– Excellent PC skills including a good working knowledge of advertising platforms such as Linked in etc
– Multitasking abilities and good time management skills
