As part of our continued growth, the opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager working from home with occasional travel to the office based in Stockton Heath and customer visits. The Concerto platform is a recognised brand that helps organisations transform and streamline their asset and property management information and associated business processes. Concerto’s customers include HMRC, Capita, John Lewis and Waitrose, Her Majesty’s Prisons, Costa Coffee and many more. Due to the continued growth in our client base, Concerto is looking to introduce a Project Manager to the business to help support the On-Boarding team with the successful delivery of our product and services.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

As the Commercial Project Manager, you will:

  • Adapt/Improve the PMO function to ensure a consistently high standard for all software delivery against standardised processes ensuring adoption by all stakeholders in the delivery process
  • Work closely with on-boarding consultants and help schedule their time to ensure the maximum return on investment for resources which deliver revenue to the business
  • Take ownership of the WIP and ensure monthly targets and KPI’s are met for project delivery
  • Act as the commercial owner for software delivery projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time/to budget
  • Introduce a clear customer feedback process which is adhered to and drives the continuous improvement agenda
  • Introduce and measure key KPI’s for all software delivery projects
  • Attend key meetings throughout the software delivery process and ensure the customer is clear on all financial aspects of the project/programme of work
  • Working closely with the On-Boarding director, ensure there is a clear 3-month resource forecast which aligns with the WIP, raising issues or resource requests when necessary to meet forward demand
  • Meet personal targets relating to your own chargeable time each month
  • Produce project plans which are fit for purpose and provide the client with visibility of the progress of their projects
  • Introduce technology/processes which support the PMO function and improve the software on-boarding experience for our customers

Core Skills:

Essential:

  • 5 Years + in a Cloud Based Software company acting as a project or programme delivery manager
  • Proficient in MS software products including MS Project and MS Excel
  • Commercial astute and have held responsibility for projects with a budget of £1million+
  • A formal project management qualification (Prince 2, SCRUM etc.)
  • Significant customer facing experience, dealing with multiple stakeholders including procurement teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to have robust conversations to drive decision making with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Capable of producing forecast resource plans to accurately forward plan resourcing
  • Technology drive individual, experience of automating project delivery functions using technology
  • Data driven individual who can make informed decisions through data analysis
  • Friendly, polite and engaging, capable of building strong working relationships quickly based on trust and mutual respect

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the FM industry
  • Holds industry-recognised qualifications (MWIFM etc.)
In return Bellrock are offering a competitive salary. Working hours are Monday – Friday based on 40 hours per week and 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays.
