General Information

KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As a service charge administration assistant, you will be required to work within the Portfolio Services team, providing bespoke administrative support for various service charge commissions. Liaising with client account and property teams – providing a first point of contact for client enquiries

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Monitoring Outlook in-boxes to ensure all documentation is logged on a timely basis
  • Checking quality of invoices, certificates and budgets received and raising queries if necessary
  • Accurate logging of all documentation received
  • Entering cost breakdowns of service charge budgets and certificates at building level and client’s apportionment into our bespoke database
  • E-mailing and telephoning clients, managing agents and landlords to obtain missing documentation, or to request further details of specific cost lines in support of consultants/analysts.
  • Creating, validating and updating database records
  • Entering bulk data for marketing and research purposes

Person Specification :

CORE QUALITIES AND ATTRIBUTES

  • IT literate with proficiency of navigating around a PC, good data entry and keyboard skills
  • Basic or intermediate Excel
  • Enjoy working with figures, with a focus on attention to detail
  • Able to organise workload and manage working time effectively.
  • Good customer service skills

 

In return Bellrock are offering a competitive salary. Working hours are Monday – Friday based on 37 hours per week.
