Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager

The opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join Supply Chain Team on a 1 year fixed term contract, based at Leicester or Sheffield. The primary focus of this role is to ensure effective, efficient and cohesive operational supply chain support to clients and internal stakeholders.

You will need to develop and maintain great working relationships with appropriate personnel at the correct levels both internally and externally and ensure a consistent supply chain management message is given to suppliers and clients.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Initial engagement with suppliers regarding performance
  • Act as a ‘gateway’ to ensure tiered suppliers are used to carry out the required services;
  • Validate costings for mobilisations
  • Provide support with, and produce reports on supplier performance;
  • Drive supplier app and monitor usage
  • Provide first line of contact for Operations regarding Supply Chain support
  • Manage Supply Chain inbox, answering queries in a timely manner
  • Support the wider Supply Chain team to manage relationships with any suppliers;
  • Support Supply Chain Managers in supplier reviews; collating, analysing and interpreting performance data for the basis of formal reviews
  • Manage the supplier onboarding process
  • Support with new client mobilisations

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with high standards of English, spelling and grammar
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a small team
  • Ability to filter information and prioritise tasks
  • Sufficient drive to seek work on own initiative and ask for help where needed

In return Bellrock are offering a competitive salary. Working hours are Monday – Friday based on 37.5 hours per week and 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays.
