Reporting to: Strategic Supply Chain Manager

As part of our continued growth, the opportunity has arisen for a Supply chain co-ordinator based in Leicester or Sheffield. This is an entry level position into the Procurement & Supply Chain Team. The primary focus of this role is to ensure effective, efficient and cohesive operational supply chain support to clients and internal stakeholders. You will need to develop and maintain great working relationships with appropriate personnel at the correct levels both internally and externally and ensure a consistent supply chain management message is given to suppliers and clients.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Initial engagement with suppliers regarding performance
  • Create and run Supplier Performance Support workshops
  • Act as a ‘gateway’ to ensure tiered suppliers are used to carry out the required services;
  • Validate costings for mobilisations
  • Provide support with, and produce reports on supplier performance;
  • Analyse data reports and provide Supply Chain Manager with summary report
  • Drive supplier app and monitor usage
  • Provide first line of engagement for Operations regarding Supply Chain support
  • Support Supply Chain Managers in supplier reviews; collating, analysing and interpreting performance data for the basis of formal reviews
  • Provide first line support with administration tasks

In return Bellrock are offering a competitive salary Circa of £22,000 to £25,000 per year. Working hours are Monday – Friday based on 37.5 hours per week and 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays.
