Carl, Consultancy Lead in Bellrock’s Technical & Real Estate division, is a professionally qualified Chartered Engineer (CEng) with many years’ experience in the building services industry and is a full member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (MCIBSE) and the Institution of Lighting Professionals (MILP). He also carries with his membership to the Society of Light and Lighting (MSLL) and a holder of the CIBSE Lighting Diploma.
