Neil Triggs joined Bellrock Group in December 2018 as Head of Technical within the newly formed Technical and Real Estate Division, delivering a broad range of estate management, property management, asset management, and technical services. Neil has a wealth of technical, delivery and leadership experience across all aspects of building consultancy and project management within a medium-large partnership and corporate environment. Neil specialises in asset management of commercial and investment portfolios covering refurbishment project delivery, pre-acquisition surveys, development monitoring and dilapidations.
