Major Boiler Replacement Project  at Woking High school

Bellrocks Maintenance and Engineering  division successfully complete a major boiler replacement project at Woking High School.

The project consisted of the decommissioning and removal from site of all the existing oil fired boiler plant and replacement with new Hyper efficient Remeha gas fired boilers, together with modern heat exchanger plant, a State of the Art Controls panel incorporating BMS and Electrical mains power, Fire Alarm and remote alarm systems.

About the Project

The project Staff worked closely with the School Facilities team who were a major factor in ensuring the works were carried out in a safe manner and provided valuable information on existing system design.

The Consultants LTStamford led by Mark Owen supervised design changes as the project progressed achieving even higher levels of plant efficiency with Dave Buckingham of HVAC Controls building the bespoke Control/BMS panel on site. The team was organised by Project Manager Ian Donaldson with tremendous support from the Mechanical Supervisor Mark Liptrott.

The end result was a very high quality installation and a very satisfied school client.
