Plan for the future

We are in unprecedented times, and will for the foreseeable future, face uncertainty. Once businesses have re-opened their doors and settled in to the ‘new normal’ ways of operating, it’s important to keep focus by drawing up and updating crisis contingency plans, which may include plans for shutdowns and re-occupation in the future. Preparing a checklist now will help organisations to prepare should we find ourselves facing a crisis such as Covid-19 again.

Now is the time to look at the experiences gained and lessons learnt around what has worked for businesses that have been able to carry on delivering services to their customers. It may be that organisations that have been able to utilise teleworking and may wish to consider it as a long term working practice.

Bellrock’s software solution, Concerto, has enabled organisations to transition from office to remote based working seamlessly. The fluid transition is in part, due to direct connectivity to Concerto. There is no convoluted access or use of unstable VPN connections, as the software can be accessed on any device.
