The process starts with a forensic review of an occupier’s contractual obligations, determining the extent of their service charge liability at each location. Having established recoverability, the team continually scrutinises all service charge demands, budgets and reconciliations, analysing cost trends, considering allocations and reviewing apportionments.

We make payment recommendations and, where we find errors or attempts to recover costs incorrectly, we raise queries and challenge the costs.
