Bellrock celebrates 1 million hours without a lost time incident!

Bellrock Property & Facilities Management are excited to announce the health and safety milestone achievement of 1 million hours worked without a lost time incident. Our 1100 employees have now worked for over 185 days since the Groups last lost time incident.

“This tremendous achievement could not have been achieved without the commitment and dedication of colleagues across our business. We have worked hard to change perceptions of health and safety, implementing a transformational Safety & Sustainability strategy and a key part of our integrated approach to social value”

John HamiltonBellrock Safety & Sustainability Director

Bellrock’s new strategy is built around four pillars; simplicity, priority, accountability and capability, actively engaging everyone in the organisation in a conversation about how we ensure our workplace is safe and sustainable. As a result, good safety performance is organisational, the result of collective ideas and effort.

“At a time where we are all acutely aware of our health and wellbeing, it is fantastic to know that our own teams have achieved such a positive milestone. Congratulations to all our colleagues for keeping each other, our customers and the buildings we support safe. What a great start to 2021!”
