HMRC Select Bellrock’s Technology-Led Services to Deliver Hard FM
Bellrock is delighted to announce that it will be working with HMRC in it’s Northern region to support in delivering HMRC’s smart building vision. HMRC’s transformation is the biggest modernisation of the UK tax system in a generation. It involves making fundamental changes to the way the department works and the services it provides.
The contract was awarded through the competition of the Crown Commercial Services facilities management services framework. Bellrock will be delivering hard services with the aid of Bellrock’s leading edge technology to their offices in Belfast, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Newcastle.
The Bellrock team with its depth of knowledge and experience in building and estate management, will be delivering a full-scope of hard services. These services range from: workplace management, mechanical & electrical maintenance, building fabric maintenance and project delivery; while introducing emerging technologies that allows building occupants to interact with the comfort of their environment.
HMRC’s facilities and estate professionals will be gaining granularity in management information to make decisions that ultimately bring real efficiency savings and improve service quality and the environment the look after.
