‘Go Live’ for the Swansea University Hard Services contract!

Bellrock Property & Facilities Management is pleased to announce our contract win and partnership with Swansea University.

The five-year hard services agreement includes a 24-hour helpdesk, overseeing buildings across two main campus sites, comprising approximately 100 buildings across the city.

Swansea University was looking for a digital transformation partner to deliver on the ground. Bellrock’s multiskilled, operational team and a technology-equipped helpdesk solution dovetailed into their existing delivery model without overlapping or making parts of it superfluous.

Bellrock will be working closely with the University Estates and Campus Services Team to deliver planned maintenance plus reactive and project works, digitising and servicing assets at the University’s Singleton and Bay campuses.  Bellrock will provide the data insights needed for a partnership that will innovate and make efficiency savings, improving the student experience.

The modern approach to facilities management that Bellrock bring to Swansea University will also provide additional benefits for staff, through technology-led innovation, underpinned by Concerto.

Paul Bean, the CEO at Bellrock, commented, “We are delighted to have been selected by the team at Swansea University to deliver this contract. Our approach in the market affirms my belief that a winning solution leverages technology to deliver results on the ground.”

Stuart Henson, Associate Director, Infrastructure Services at the University said: “The modern approach to facilities management that Bellrock bring to Swansea University will also provide additional benefits for staff, through technology-led innovation, underpinned by estates life cycle software platform, Concerto.

Mitch Avis, Bellrock Operations Director (South) said: “We are thrilled to have been selected for this prestigious contract and look forward to working closely with the University’s Estates and Campus Services team to deliver best-in-class services”.
